数控刀片优点

(1)数控刀片的切削性能必须稳定可靠高。

目前生产上通常用数控刀片耐用度来评定刀具的好坏。数控刀片耐用度愈大,表示数控刀片切削性能愈好。但是切削一批相同的零件,由于使用的求购数控刀片材料及工件材质不可能完全相同,再加上刃磨质量等一些不能完全严格控制的因素,所以即使在相同条件下,求购数控刀片耐用度仍随机变动。因此在数控上,除应给出数控刀片耐用度的平均值指标外,还应给出数控刀片的可靠指标Tp。它已成为选择数控刀片的关键性指标。

(2)可靠地断屑、排屑。

数控刀片必须能可靠地断屑或卷屑即切削控制。数控机床上每一工位设备上。装置着许多数控刀片,切削量大,切屑多,因此,在切削塑性金属时,必须控制切屑不缠绕在数控刀片,工件及工艺装备上,控制切屑不飞溅,保证操作者安全,不影响切削液喷注,不影响零件的定位和输送,不划伤已加工表面,使切屑易于清理,为此,采用卷屑槽或断屑块的数控刀片,或用间隙切削或振动切削措施提高断屑效果。

(3)应具有高的精度。

求购数控刀片切削部分的几何尺寸变化要小,刀体刀杆和刀片反复装卸也应能保持精度稳定。

(4)快速更换及尺寸预调。

数控刀片应能快速或自动更换,并需有控制和调整尺寸的功能或具有刀具磨损的自动补偿装置,以减少换刀调整的停机时间

(4) Rapid replacement and size adjustment.
CNC blades should be able to be replaced quickly or automatically, and require control and resizing functions or automatic compensation devices with tool wear to reduce the switching downtime
